Terms of
Service.

Please read these terms before placing an order. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. About Paradise Luxe and use of this site

Paradise Luxe is a Belize-based fashion, fragrance, beauty and lifestyle retailer. Our storefront is intended to provide product information, customer accounts, shopping, order submission and customer-care information for customers in Belize.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another customer's account, or use the site to submit false, fraudulent or misleading information.

2. Customer accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must notify us if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

Account authentication is provided through our identity service. We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the site, our inventory or our services.

3. Products, descriptions and authenticity

We make reasonable efforts to display product names, descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, availability and other details accurately. Screens, lighting and device settings can cause colours or textures to appear differently from the physical product.

Product availability can change without notice. Where a product is unavailable after an order is submitted, we will contact you and explain the available options. Paradise Luxe reserves the right to correct obvious listing errors, including pricing or product-description errors.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order through checkout is a request to purchase the listed items. An order is not finally accepted until Paradise Luxe confirms it. We may decline, cancel or adjust an order when an item is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, a pricing or system error occurred, or circumstances require us to do so.

If we cancel an order after you have made a payment, we will coordinate the applicable refund or other resolution with you using the contact information provided with the order.

5. Prices and payment

Prices displayed on the storefront are in Belize dollars (BZD) unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges for nationwide orders may be confirmed separately before fulfillment.

Current checkout options may include cash on Santa Elena pickup, bank transfer, DigiWallet, E-Kash and eligible layaway orders. Online credit or debit card payments are currently disabled. We do not collect card numbers through the current checkout form.

Layaway orders require the 60% deposit shown at checkout unless Paradise Luxe agrees otherwise in writing. The remaining balance must be paid before the order is delivered or released for pickup.

6. Pickup and delivery

Santa Elena pickup and nationwide Belize delivery are offered according to the options shown at checkout. For delivery orders, you are responsible for providing an accurate district, address and useful delivery instructions.

Delivery timing and charges can depend on destination, carrier availability, weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will contact you when a delivery charge or additional arrangement needs confirmation.

7. Returns and exchanges

Requests for returns or exchanges should be made through Paradise Luxe customer care with the order number and relevant product details. Eligibility may depend on the condition and category of the item, whether it has been used or altered, and any product-specific conditions communicated at the time of sale.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Belize law. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the appropriate instructions for your order.

8. Intellectual property

The Paradise Luxe name, branding, photography, product presentation, page design, text, graphics, video and other original site content are owned by or licensed to Paradise Luxe or its respective rights holders. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, modify or commercially exploit our content without permission.

9. Third-party services and links

The site may rely on third-party infrastructure and may contain links to services operated by other parties. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Paradise Luxe is not responsible for the content or practices of independent third-party websites.

10. Site availability

We aim to keep the storefront available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or available at every moment. Maintenance, updates, network problems and events outside our control can affect availability.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. Paradise Luxe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the site or an order, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for matters that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the storefront, products, services or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after an update means the updated terms will apply to future use and orders.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belize. Subject to any mandatory rights or remedies available to a customer under applicable law, disputes relating to the site or an order will be handled through the courts or other lawful dispute resolution processes available in Belize.
